Nick Hunt
Dip LA FRICS

Consultant with 30 years experience in rating and valuation.

Nick deals mainly with offices, shops and industrial properties, and in particular the complex legislation relating to transitional provisions and various types of rate relief and/or exception. He also provides valuation advice to major financial institutions and handles rent reviews and lease renewals on a wide range of property types.
