Partner and a member of the Rating Surveyors Association with 30 years experience with commercial property.

Peter handles rating appeals on major industrial complexes, office schemes, shops and also specialises in the rating of hotels, pubs and leisure properties throughout the country. He also assists clients with acquisitions, disposal and rent reviews.

Commerical Agency Partner with over 30 years experience including 25 years in the M40 corridor.

Jim specialises in all types of commerical property disposals from small industrial units to major office developments, land and investment property, together with acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.

Nick Hunt
Dip LA FRICS

Consultant with 30 years experience in rating and valuation.

Nick deals mainly with offices, shops and industrial properties, and in particular the complex legislation relating to transitional provisions and various types of rate relief and/or exception. He also provides valuation advice to major financial institutions and handles rent reviews and lease renewals on a wide range of property types.
